Britain and France had both big emipres.The German Kaiser was jelous of their emipres and wanted Germany to have a bigger empire. 1870 they were all involved in the scramble for Africa. in 1905 The German Kaiser wanted to take over Morocco but they made and agreement with France so in return they cot a part of Africa called the Congoo but it was mainly swamp and forest
