What is a primary source?
Evidence that comes from the time being investigated.
For example: Helmet from the war a warrior was in or clothes that someone war all the way back then.
What is a secondary source?
They are sources that are written or produced after the period they describe. They interpret primary sources.
For Example: a book written later on about the time period.
What is the “Dark Ages”?
It is the term to describe the early middle ages. The period when the roman empire fell in 416CE to 1000CE.

Who were the Normans?
They were Vikings that settled in northwestern France in the 10th and 11th centuries.

Charlemagne was a king that ruled over western Europe from 768-814.

The King.

What are the advantages of the Feudal system?
It is important to keep people safe and to keep the whole society stable and strong.
