Explain juvenile law in the 19th and 20th century.

A

During the code penal there was no distinction between juvenile and adult offenders. Introduction of the kinderwetten in 1905. introduction of the van Hamelen proposition. Introduction of the psychopathen wetten in 1928: long-stay facilities increased in the 90s.
