O: outer surface of posterior ilium sacrum and coccyx
I: iliotibial band, gluteal tuberosity of femur
A: lateral rotation of the thigh, extension of the thigh
I: inferior gluteal nerve L5, S1-S2
Adductor magnes
O: inferior pubic Ramus and ischia tuberosity
I: linea aspera, adductor tubercle
A: addiction, medial rotation, flex of the thigh
I: obturator nerve L3, L4 and static nerve L4
Biceps femoris
O: long head ischial tuberosity
Short head linea aspera and lateral supracondylar ridge
I: head of fibula, lateral tibial condyle
A: flexes and laterally rotates the knee, long head extends the hip
I: sciatic nerve L5, S1-S3
Semimembranosius
O: ischial tuberosity
I: posterior aspect of the media, tibial condyle
A: extends the hip, flexes and medially flexes the knee
I: sciatic nerve L5, S1, S2
Semitendinosus
O: ischial tuberosity
I: medial surface of the proximal tibia
A: extends the hip, flexes and medially rotates the knee
I: sciatic nerve L5, S1, S2
