Thomas Test
A
Illiapsoas tightness
Patient on back, grab knee into stomach. I’d opposite leg lifts off bed, then test is positive

Obers Test
A
It band tightness
Patient on side, hip slightly flexed. Bring top leg into extension, and slowly lower to bed. If the leg doesn’t reach the bed, the test is positive.

Fabers test
A
Tests pathology of the hip joint (Joint dysfunction). Positive test may reprdouce pain in groin or buttocks. Bend knee, and put effected side over the opposite knee, then slowly lower the knee. IF it cant lower past the flat leg, then test may also be positive and could indicate there is a problem at the hip.
