extension (hand on sacroiliac to stabilise and knee to extend)
int/ ext rot (thumb on greater trochanter, flex leg and move)
supine
harmonics (hand on g trochanter, roll limb into body & bounce back)
int/ ext rot (flex to 90 and move. push against body)
circumduction (hand on sacrum and ilium, circumduct both ways)
traction (flex leg up, bring into my body and scoop out and up)
low velocity int rot (cross leg across w knee propped up push pelvis down and pull knee to me)
low velocity ext rot (flex knee up, push into couch, stabilise opposite pelvis)
sidelying
abduction and adduction (hold under knee and bring up and down- int/ ext rot)
traction (flex bottom knee, put top leg over knee with pillow under leg, push g troch down, push knee down whilst my knee push up)
