1) Explains two Hindu beliefs about the nature of God
1) Essentially, Hindus believe god is an ever present ultimate reality. This Ulitmate reality is called nirguna Brahman or Brahma, and for Hindus this force is belived to be the source of all life, as stated in the Upanishads “ you are everything.. you are everywhere”. Furthermore, Brahma is known to have no form and is incorporeal and thus not worshiped in itself. In Hinduism it is represented as the ‘aum’ sound
2) Explain Two Hindu teaching about the nature of God
2) furthermore, although Brahma is not worshiped in itself, Hindus belief it can be worshipped as millions of different deities. This is known as Saguna Brahman. As the Veda’s state “ God is one but wise men call him by many name “. Hindu believe it is easier to connect with God when it has no shape or form e.g lakshmi . It is common for Hindu families to be devoted to different dieties
