An immortal and individual soul that every living thing has.

The Upanishads are books written in 800-500 BC. They offer a philosophical take on Hinduism and emphasize the importance of the Atman.

Dharma is one’s ‘religious duty.’ It is one of the 4 goals for a good life and can be described as a concept that maintains social order.
