RF- vegetations on closure line + subendothelial thickening
Infective - bulky, friable, flow surfaces 
inflammation and necrosis 
NBTE- vegetations on closure line 
not destructive. Systemic Emboli!
LSE- (SLE) veg on mitral valve-> regurg 
Carcinoid heart disease (liver met) 
Loeffler- eosinophils
