Increased risk of myopathy when given with statins
Bradycardia, AV Block, Myocardial depression:
BB, Rate limiting CCB (e.g. verapamil and diltiazem)
Increased risk of QT when given with Quinolone, Macrolides, Mefloquine, Chloroquine, TCA, SSRI, Lithium, Quinine, Hydroxyqloroquine, Antipsychotics(Haloperidol, pimozide/Amisulpride)

Hypokalaemia: diuretics, B agonists and theophyline
Increased plasma concs of digoxin with enzyme inhibitors:
Amiodarone(half digoxin dose), CCB, Macrolides, Ciclosporin

Increased risk of bleeds
Antiretrovirals Hep C and Vit K antagonists- monitor INR
OTC interaction miconazole and warfarin
