A
  • females 50-70
    Incidental bloods:
  • platelet count >450
  • thrombosis
  • bleeds (GI/IC)
  • headache
  • dizziness/syncope (hyperviscosity)
  • splenomegalia
  • erythromelalgia
  • livedo reticularis

A
