1. Strongest claim = 10 year old Edward Ear of Warrick, imprisoned him in a tower of royal residence
2. Richard III had another nephew he named his heir - John De La Pole, earl of licoln (the son of his sister elizabeth), father was Duke of Suffolk and Henry saw them as enemies until Duke of suffolk proffessed his loyalty and henry invited him to join the council
