A
Blood products, IVF for fluid resuscitation (Goal map >65 and LA normal), avoid excess infusions

Hemodynamic instability

CT chest with contrast
If they can’t have contrast check VQ scan
Check ECHO for right heart strain

Heparin
Love ox 1mg/kg BID
