A
- Cytotoxics
- Antibiotics: trimethoprim, sulphonamides, chloramphenicol
- Anti-rheumatoid: gold, penicillamine
- Anti thyroid: carbimazole: causes both agranulocytosis and pancytopenia
- Anti-epileptics: carbamazepine, phenytoin
- Anti diabetic: sulphonylureas: tolbutamide

- immunosuppressants (calcineurin inhibitors)
- recreational drugs of abuse.
