Handheld chart (verbalized that you would check each eye separately). Note the use of corrective lenses
Test for visual fields

Verbalized you’d test each eye separately & perform kinetic red target test
Test extraocular muscles
H pattern w finger
Test convergence
Test for pupillary reaction
Occlude light at bridge of nose
Near reaction
