What are the effects of Raised Body Temperature? (4)

A

Increased blood flow- leading to increased sweat production.

If the blood cannot be cooled, body temperature rises

Causes more sweat to be produced- leading to dehydration.

Failed cooling causes the body’s temperature to rise to potentially critical, fatal levels.
