ACEIs (Captoprils, Enalapril, Lisinopril, Ramipril) or ARBs (Losartan, Candesartan, Irbesartan) and B-Blockers ( Bisoprolol, Carvedilol, Metoprolo) Rate control and decrease preload.

A

ACEI or ARB to decrease cardiac remodeling. B-Blocker for rate control and decrease preload. Diuretic ( Chlorthalidone, Indapamide, Hydrochlorothalazide, Furosemide, Spironolactone)
