A

PR >0.2s - usually asymptomatic, irregular pulse

2nd degree type 1 block S+S + management

A

IRREGULAR = wenckeback
PR prolongs until dropped QRS.
Presents with fatigue, SOB, CP, palps.
Give atropine + consider pacemaker

PR constant but P not always followed by QRS.
Presents with fatigue, SOB, CP, palps.
