Reversible causes of cardiac arrest + management

A

Hypoxia
Hypovolaemia
Hypo/hyperkalaemia - IV calcium chloride
Hypothermia
Thrombosis (coronary or pulmonary) - angiography + PCI. Give fibrinolytics
Tension pneumothorax - USS, decompress + chest drain
Cardiac tamponade - usually after penetrating wound
Toxins
