What do you do for a postive STS?

A
  • Retest after a 14 hour noise free environment.
  • notify supervisor.
  • If still positive, document on SF 600 and conduct an exam, if normal retest.
  • If not refer to specialist and reestablish reference audiogram.
  • Notify Supervisor within 21 days of positive STS.
