What are some good personal habits you should follow in the kitchen?
Wash your hands before preparing food, clean the workspace, wash the vegetables, check the best before date on the produce and cook meats thoroughly. Check for mold on the produce, don’t allow raw foods from being in contact with cooked or ready-to-eat foods and avoid preparing food if you are sick.

How and why do seeds grow?
When a seed is exposed to the proper conditions, water and oxygen are taken in through the seed coat. The embryo’s cells start to enlarge. Then, the seed coat breaks open
