A
  1. Issue and enforce PPE
  2. Investigation of incidents (can include insurance, and labour department if more serious)
  3. Training/retraining/follow up
  4. Monitoring/collaborating
  5. Documentation-incident report, witness statements, medical records etc.
  6. Exits (letting go of an employee because they cannot come back to work/perform a specific job after an injury - must be exited, mutual separation)

A
