Cardiovascular Endurance
Ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time

Percentage of body that is muscle, fat or bone
Agility
Ability to control the movement of the whole and change position quickly
Speed
Rate of which an individual can cover a movement or range of distance
Reaction Time
Time between the presentation of a stimulas and the onset of a movement
Balance
Keep the body stable, while at rest of in motion
Power
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Coordination
Ability to use two or more body parts together

Personal fitness needs to be based on age, gender, fitness levels and the sport they are training for

Matching your training to the requirements of an activity
Progressive Overload
Gradually increasing the amount of overload to improve fitness
