Q
  1. Explain life expectancy within Brazil
A
  1. In 2013, life expectancy was 70 years for men and 78 years for women. Life expectancy varies in Brazil with the highest in southeast, the core of Brazilian economy. Higher life expectancies can be explained by higher wages and adequate housing. The lowest values are in northern parts in Amazon lowlands and undeveloped nature. Many remaining indigenous people live here who rely on traditional medicines, rather than Morden healthcare. Indigenous people have an estimated 20 years less than non-indigenous people.
