A state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential can cope with the normal stresses of everyday life. Can make a contribution to his or her community.

a mix of social, physical, and mental well-being, that gives people a sense of being happy, comfortable, and healthy.
Sedentary lifestyle
A sedentary lifestyle is where there is very limited or no physical activity. Less than 30 minutes a week.
