Q

What is the OSKAR framework?

A

Outcome - the difference the coachee would like to achieve and how they will achieve their aim (future perfect)
Scaling - Finding out the person’s perceived progress (number from 1 to 10 on how far they are at achieving their goal)
Know-how and resources - finding out what is working for them and getting them to that point on the scale
Affirmation and action - affirm the positive qualities you’ve heard in the conversation or observed. All conversation should end with an action
Review - find out what’s working and build on that
