What are health-seeking behaviours?
What people do when they experience symptoms (e.g. Look it up, ignore it, ask advice …)
What is the symptom iceburg?
Only 1/3 of people with symptoms see their GP (Other 2/3 do nothing, or self medicate)

Good Health behaviours - e.g. Sleeping 7-8 hours, regular exercise
Health Protective Behaviours - e.g. Wearing a seatbelt, regular checkups
Health Impairing Habits - e.g. Smoking, high fat diet
