means that it is based on a persons beliefs, feelings or opinions. Example include a person with a chronic disease such as asthma may be able to managed it well, therefore describing their H+W as good

dynamic means that a persons health is constantly changing. Changes are often gradual and may not be as obvious. For example a person with a headache is feeling poor health may take medication and rest and then return to them being in good health and wellbeing. For example: A person experiencing grief after the loss of a loved one may learn strategies to help them deal with their feelings of loss, which can improve their health and wellbeing.
