-The professional can learn what support they need to give to help good days happen and what can be done to prevent bad days from happening.
-Helps to find out what is important to a person and see what support the person wants and needs.

-Conversation can be meander (wander off)
-Some people could have had too many bad days and don’t know what makes a good day.
-Some people can’t speak.
-Might make people feel intrusive

-What is important to them and what dopesnt work for them.

-be updated with information from all those attending the meeting
-help to generate actions that will help the person to have more of what is important to them.

-Great way to find out key things you need to know to find out what’s important to someone
-Works well with agency staff and staff that don’t usually work with the person
-Staff will get the opinions of all staff working with the person.
