Describe the journey of an ovum from ovulation, to fertilization, to implantation.

A

One egg is expelled by the ovary each month, the egg is picked up by the fimbriae, it then travels through the fallopian tubes with the help of cilia, the egg travels to the uterus, If the egg is fertilised by male sperm, it buries into the wall of the uterus-implantation.

A

Placenta-an organ that develops in the uterus during pregnancy. The placenta provides nourishment and oxygen to the growing baby and removes waste.

Umbilical cord-A hollow rope-like tube that connects the embryo to the placenta.

Amniotic fluid-The watery substance that surrounds the growing fetus during its time in the womb

  2. Once penis is erect take concom out of package, squeeze the tip of the condom and place rolled condom on the head of the penis
  3. Hold tip and unroll the condom until it covers the penis
  4. after ejaculation while the penis is still erect hold condom at the base of the penis and carefully remove
