Lord Jesus,
As I walk through this day, I feel the weight of my wounds and the temptation to shut myself off from the world. But I know that You are my strength in weakness and my refuge when I feel overwhelmed. Teach me to trust in Your plans and to lean on You instead of retreating into isolation. Help me to take small steps toward forgiveness, trust, and hope. Remind me that I am not alone in this journey and that Your love is greater than my pain. Thank You for carrying the burdens I can’t bear on my own. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Loving Father,
As this day comes to a close, I thank You for being with me through every moment. I surrender to You the hurts and struggles I’ve faced today. Heal the places in my heart that still ache, and replace my sorrow with the hope and joy that only You can provide. Thank You for being my constant companion and for never giving up on me.
