Last 30 minutes to 7 days ( usually 1-24 hrs)
With 2 or more of the following characteristics:
Pressing non pulsating pain
Mild to moderate in intensity
Usually bilateral location
Notation of 0-1 of the following ( >1 suggest migraine): nausea, photophobia or phonophobia
Female:Male ratio 5:4
