(can you look all the way to the left/right)

(LOWER BED AT 45º ANGLE!) I’m now going to do a systematic auscultation of the aortic, pulmonic, erbs, tricuspid, and mitral areas.
- I am now going to auscultate the aortic landmark at the 2nd intercostal space, right sternal border.
- I’m now going to auscultate the pulmonic landmark at the 2nd intercostal space, LEFT sternal border.
- I’m now going to auscultate erb’s point at the 3RD intercostal space, LEFT sternal border.

Then say: S1S2. Regular Rate and Rhythm.
I’m now going to palpate the radial and brachial pulses SEPERATELY and check capillary refill time in the fingers of both hands.
equal pulses bilaterally and there’s less than 3 seconds of capillary refill time.
I’m now going to palpate for bilateral posterior tibial and dorsal pedis pulses and check capillary refill in toes on both feet.
equal pulses bilaterally and there’s less than 3 seconds of capillary refill time.
