It is not put under one of the primary objectives, there should be preventative care provided to patients. This can be cost effective in many ways. Managed care is preventative care.

They are expected to keep growing, passing through 2031 with more growth. There has been growth since COVID numbers have decreased from previous years and aide was offered to qualifying people of the US.

Capitation and discounted fees.
