  1. receipt of application form ( all relevant info is received)
  2. initial screening (evaluate cvs to see if they meet the requirements)’
  3. short list (compares applicant to a predetermined list of criteria)
  4. reference and background check (list of questions verifies their references and fairness)
  5. conduct interviews ( to be fair to all people, )
  6. test & examinations ( work sample test, psychometric test, medical exams)
  7. ranking candiates (highest rated gets postition)
  8. sign employment contract
