Define Vulnerability, Resilience and Risk

A

-Vulnerability: the ability to anticipate, cope with and recover from a natural hazard
-Resilience: the ability to protect lives, livelihoods, and infrastructure from destruction and restore areas after hazard
-Risk: the exposure of people to a hazardous event and the probability of it occurring and leading to loss of lives
