  • Special VFR departures are prohibited
  • Air Tours below 1500 AGL at night are prohibited
  • Flight below 1500 AGL: 3 mile visibility over land and 1 mile visibility over offshore transition routes
  • All altitudes below 1500 AGL shall be conducted at an altitude +500 feet above the altitudes listed for helicopters.
