  • Environmental factors, such as heat and dust, can affect the running of a system. Clean the computer occasionally using soft, damp cloth.
  • Keep food and drink away from the computer.
  • Take a moment to close documents and eject disks correctly to avoid file corruption
  • Protect your system by using anti-virus software.
  • Defragment the hard disk regularly to help increase the speed of the system.
