Finkelstein test
+ for De Quervain’s syndrome
- itis w/ De Quervain’s syndrome
immobilize, graston, laser, ice, deflame supps
- osis w/ De Quervain’s syndrome
progressive load of the tendon, eccentrically preferred, produce/ no worse
Tenosynovitis of the radial wrist extensors
AKA “Squeaker” syndrome
• d/t odd squeak-like crepitus
• “wet leather” crepitus on motion

check valve forms that allows fluid out of the joint, but not back in
contains clear fluid similar to, but thicker than, normal synovial fluid
Ganglion Cyst
ganglion cyst: out-pouching from carpal synovium, bursa or tendon sheath (65% are over the ________)
scapholunate ligament)
tx of ganglion cysts
aggressive soft tissue
Genetic condition causing
contracture of the deep
