I turn the water on to a comfortable temperature. I wet my hands and my wrist.
Soap on my hands rub them together to create a lather.
Scrubbing hands for 20 seconds with friction,
Each individual finger, your palms, the backs of your hands, between your fingers, 2in above each above wrist and clean under Nails by scratching your nails on your palms.
Point your hands down rinsing one hand at a time, not letting them touch. Let your hands drip do not Shake. Tear off paper towels to dry my hands and then throw paper towels away.
Tara off another paper towel and use it to turn off the water and then throw it away.
