- Used initially to straiten our a panel. - They have a wide face to spread the blow over a large surface area

- Will take care of small dents. - Has a pointed end which is used to raise low spots from the inside - The flat end is for hammer and dolly work to remove high spots and ripples - They come in many shapes and sizes
