Why does reactivity decrease as you go down group 7?
A
Because the outer shell’s electrons are further away from the nuclear so it will be easier to gain or lose an electron

What will happen with halogens if there is a more reactive one in the compound?
A
The more reactive halogen will push the less reactive halogen out a compound
