What are the signs/history of thrombocytopenia?

A
  • Bleeding after minor cut
  • Access to poisons or tx like aspirin
  • Purpura and petechiation (small bleeding sites in mm/skin)
  • Platelet numbers <20 x 10^9/L, servere if less than 10
