Polycythemia vera

A

Increase in the number of normal RBC as well as WBC and platelets
weakness, headache, light headed, visual changes, fatigue, dyspnea
eventual myelofibrosis and marrow failure
increased risk of bleeding and thrombosis
splenomegaly, macro and microvascular events, aquagenic pruritis
can cause iron deficiency
Testing for JAK2 or CALR
phlebotomy
low dose aspirin
