  2. Necrotising
  3. Lungs and upper airways: Chronic sinusitis, ulcers of nose and palate, nodules and cavities in lungs
  4. Cresenteric glomerulonephritis
  5. cANCA positive
  6. Treated with cyclophosphamide and corticosteroids

  1. Eosinophilic granulomatosis
  2. pANCA positive
  3. Asthma
  4. Sinusitis
  5. Skin lesions
  6. peripheral neuropathy
  7. GI disease: Ulcer, bleeding, colitis, perforations, stenosis and obstructions
  8. Heart disease: Cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, arrythmias
  9. Kidney failure: ANCA golmerulonephritis
  10. Treat with corticosteroids
