- Necrotising
- Lungs and upper airways: Chronic sinusitis, ulcers of nose and palate, nodules and cavities in lungs
- Cresenteric glomerulonephritis
- cANCA positive
- Treated with cyclophosphamide and corticosteroids

A
- Eosinophilic granulomatosis
- pANCA positive
- Asthma
- Sinusitis
- Skin lesions
- peripheral neuropathy
- GI disease: Ulcer, bleeding, colitis, perforations, stenosis and obstructions
- Heart disease: Cardiomyopathy, pericarditis, arrythmias
- Kidney failure: ANCA golmerulonephritis
- Treat with corticosteroids
