A
High dose oral prednisolone (60-80mg PO immediately) then taper slowly

Deranged APTT- blood taken from CVC?
A
CVC often flushed with heparin so do a repeat blood test with blood from peripheral vein

Lanham’s criteria for Churg-Strauss syndrome?
A
Asthma
Peak eosinophilia > 1.5x10^9 cells/L
Systemic vasculitis, >2 extrapulmonary sites
