tiredness; onset, progression, exacerbating or relieving factors, associated symptoms fever appetite weight loss sleep quality mood headache fever light heads fainting dyspnoea, PND, orthopnoea chest pain palpitations ankle swelling bleeding; blood in sputum, urine, stools, vomit recent trauma frequency and heaviness of periods bleeding from nose or gums bruising easily typical diet; veganism, vegetarianism iron and folate intake
