Myelodysplasia?
A
Bone marrow makes immature cells
Can be indolent (requiring monitoring and little/no treatment) or aggressive (and develop into AML)
More common in those >70yrs
Pancytopaenic symptoms
Drugs - erythropoetin, G-CSF, blood transfusion + iron chelation, Abx
Other specialist drugs, also possible chemo
Possible bone marrow transplant
