- Palpable mass and adnexal tenderness
- Pregnancy test, biopsy if over 40, US, FBC
- Coil, COCP, tranexemic acid, uterine artery embolization

- Menorrhagia, deep dyspaeurenia, dysmennorhoea, intermenstrual bleeding
- Maybe nothing - need to see laporascopically
- Laporoscopy
- COCP/GNRH analogues/Mirena/Ablation
