- way to solve conflict
- adjucator listen too both sides
- > ask each person what they think and best solution and consequences

what is mediation
- ways to solve conflicts
- build mutual respect between both parties + encourage problem solving
- ppl involve must have chance to cool off
- ppl involve come up w/ several solutions
- ppl involve evaluate
- allow ppl involve to arrive w/ an acceptable agreement
what is conflict
any clash between two or mor people or groups
- a disagreement
- occurs when individuals or group unable to solve disagreement
- emotional state rises when behaviour of one person interfere with another
conflict: positive approach
- solve problem in a collaborate and taking responsibility for your actions; be open minded
conflict: negative approach
to be agressive and confrontational, no sense of responsibility, understanding no winner or loser
what is violence
acts of aggression and abuse that cause or intended to cause harm or injury to another person
positive aspects of conflict
